16AI think by 1991 I was practising in the Pasqua

17Hospital facility, and about 1996 my

18recollection is we moved into a clinic on

19Broad Street, Broad Street and 14th Avenue.

2020QNow if you moved from one to the other, would

21you take your patient records with you?

22AYes.

2321QAnd how long did you work at the -- out of the

24Broad Street Clinic?

25AMy recollection is we moved in late 1995 and I

26closed down my family practice entirely June

4AYeah.

523QOkay. And that would encompass all the times

6material to this action, you would agree?

7AYes. I think in '91-92 I was at the Pasqua

8Hospital, just to clarify that. So we had a

9family practice clinic on the 4th floor of the

10Pasqua Hospital.

15AAnd then in 1996 we moved. So I think the

16action really pertains to when I was

17practising at the Pasqua Hospital not more

18recently on Broad Street.

21AWe changed location. We kept everything else

22the same.
