RE: Fact
Dear Robert,
The simple, ineluctable
fact upon which this matter rests is this:
Merck and Pfizer
have always published product information with Zocor and Lipitor
which instructs patients to immediately report muscle pain and weakness
to their doctors. Doctors are instructed by good clinical practice, common
sense and product monographs to withdraw these drugs if
a patient reports problems. Period. The latter never happened. I was saved
from torture and death by coincidence, twice.
Everything else is
of academic interest only.
All the lying and
dissembling of Alport, Ast and Annandale over the years and the subornation
of perjury by their council today only buries them deeper. Their only
defence is to turn on the pharmas to testify that someone suggested they
should ignore their patient's complaints. Which they did. Perhaps they
can reduce their liability to a life sentence, one for each.
People are going
to prison and the multi-billion dollar anti-cholesterol racket will be
destroyed.
